My father passed away suddenly and I found myself needing to liquidate his estate. His primary residence was a manufactured home. I did some research on what I thought would be the current market value of the home and then began to enlist the help of a Realtor. I spoke with the park management and they referred me to one commonly used Realtor that was heavily used in the park. After my initial meeting with that individual they proposed a selling price $70k below what I thought was the market value. I then came across a Realtor from Advantage Homes, Ms. Cathy Bucalo.
